can anyone recommend to something good and healthy to eat, i just been eating pizza and chips and egg, beans buscuits crisps few bits of fruit tho and weetabix in morning :)
 
spag bol, roast dinners, currys , pasta bakes, soups :) xxx
 
oh i have a sunday lunch lol how could i forget that x
 
Cereal, salad, stir fry, fruit smoothies, hummus, wholemeal pasta, unsalted nuts, dried fruit, beans on toast?
 
Fruit salads, home made soups, chicken, pasta, rice. Make your own pizzas use a wholemeal pitta bread cover in tomato puree & add healthy alternatives and a low fat cheese & bake in oven!

Make your own home made oven chips

Instead of eggs, have them poached!

You can have all you want, just think of a healthier alternative to eating or cooking it :) xx
