Healthy eating challenge...

today:

brekkie - alpen bar, yogurt and banana
snack - graze box of cashew nuts
lunch - chicken wrap with salad and garlic mayo and doritos
dinner - cashew nut curry with a nan bread
evening - small bowl of bran flakes

ladies - i have a confession, yesterday i ate TWO wispa bars AND a mars ice cream :shock: all in one day, so so bad!! xx
 
Girls I am struggling with this healthy eating. WTF is wrong with me!

Maybe the 6 weeks holidays are to blame, been eating out lots with the children and having a lot of crap.

I am just craving chocolate so much tonight, luckily I have none in.

I really really hope to have a clean slate next week though!!

we are deffo aloud to eat what we want and i think the odd bad day or even week isn't a big issue! xx
 
I had a terrible weekend and I've not had a great week either hun!!

Yesterday:
Breakfast: 2 crumpets (1 with marmite, 1 with cheese) and a glass of orange juice
Lunch: 3/4 of a 9" pizza (made by our canteen lady) and a slice of M&S banoffie cheesecake (bought by our bosses to celebrate the companys 21st birthday!! LOL), 1 necterine, water
Dinner: Home made sauce (tomatoes, courgette, red pepper, mushrooms, garlic, splash of red wine and balsamic vingegar) with gnocci and parmesan cheese
Snack: packet of chedders
 
I was really bad yesterday and thought - sod it, I want to treat myself. So:
Breakfast - 2 eggs, couple of slices of ham and 1 piece of wholemeal toast
Lunch - chocolate frappucino (helps me with heartburn and thats my excuse)
Dinner - steak slice, 2 small samosas, tomatoe and cucumber salad, 2(!) eclaires, nectarine

I should be ashamed of myself and tomorrow we are off to a restaurant to celebrate husband's birthday!

Don't be ashamed hun, theres nothing to be ashamed about!!

Today:

Brunch: 2 slices of toast with marmalade, water
Lunch: 1 banana, 1 apple, 1 necterine, 2 clementines, water
Dinner: Planning on having making tomato and sausage bake, parmentier potatoes (little cubes potatoes cooked in garlic, herbs and oil), veg of some description
 
So far today I had:
Couple of croissants (mini ones) with cheese and jam (separately), a small avocado, a nectarine and lots of Rennies

Dont know what I can stomach
 
Breakfast: bowl of Shreddies, 1 glass of orange and raspberry juice

Lunch: feta cheese and pesto on toast and marmite on toast

Dinner: 1 Southern fried with veggies, 1 sinful apple pastry
