For anyone taking Raspberry Leaf Capsules / Tea?

For anyone who's taking either..

Does oit have any effect on your baby?
I've noticed that 15/20mins after taking that baby gets a right wiggle on.
Anyone else? X

Noah has a lil jiggle about when i drink the tea, but he doesnt react to the caps really.

They only advise not to take it if theres history of MC in family or your previous pregnancies, same with early labour etc..
Otherwise its perfectly healthy to take whilst pregnant and after
Im guna up mine from 2cups an 2caps a day to 4cups and 2caps a day on weekend as ill be 37wks from monday xx
