Just trying. Pregnant women are super prone. If the usual things weren't working there isn't much you can do but keep treating it. Don't worry about baby though. My dd got it on her tongue at a week old. Treatment is so quick and easy and smells so good. (Cherry drop things)

Hi everyone! Thanks for all your well wishes :-)

Scan went really well - baby was very active and enjoying kicking and punching!! lol

Was soooo lovely to see that all looked well and heartbeat was strong and healthy :-)

I've posted my pic from today - really unsure as to gender now, I wondered whether it looked more 'girly' on this scan? Wold love to hear some gender guesses! I wasn't sure if you could see a slight nub on this scan? but don't really know what i am looking for!

im guessing boy but its just instinct. I have no clue how these other ladies guess it right.

congratulations on a successful scan.

Thanks Justtrying! I have no idea how they guess right either! haha thanks for your guess, hope you are doing well xx

Thanks MrsLaw feeling a lot of relief today after the last couplebic days :-) xx

Glad to hear it's not a dvt BabyRuth!! God luck to this with scans today and the rest of those week! Mines Friday can't wait!

Oooo mine is Friday too..... exciting isn't it? xx

It really is! Noticed both our tickers are saying the same thing so assume we are due on the same day! That's cool!

Noticed this morning that I can see when little miss kicks me. I cried for a good five mins! Can't wait for kiddies to get home and watch my bump

Had my consultant appointment and all booked in for c-section on 31st of January!

Holly - good luck for your scan tomorrow! hope all goes well - such an exciting appointment!!

Beau - that's great you've got your date booked in - wow 31st Jan will be here before you know it! Feels like real countdown now doesn't it...

I've been at a team meeting all day today and they've been booking in training and team meeting dates for early next year and for most of it i will have already left!!! its so weird it feels like time is picking up a bit now - nearly October, and time will fly up until Halloween, then bonfire night, then Christmas and then we will all be there OH MY GOD!!

Made everyone laugh in my meeting today when i jumped out of the blue when i felt quite a decent kick from baby! it completely shocked me as I've only felt it a couple of times and still getting used to it.. Ha ha seemed to have a sugar kick after i ate some jelly sweets :-)

xx

Good luck holly!

Babyruth- I think it looks girly...

Just trying - honestly thrush is a nightmare. I've stopped bothering with the gp and buy the unbranded drug myself. You can get 2 pessaries for £11 online xx

I definitely think I have another anterior placenta :( I have felt no movements at all!! By now people with second babies feel everything and I have zippo!! Zilch!! :/ but waiting around for my 20 week scan is bugging me! (9th October) seems so far away :( I had an anterior placenta with my first and it made his movements impossible to feel! I felt nothing definitely until over 24 weeks+ feeling very blue at not being able to feel movement :(

Totally sympathise with the thrush (never had it in my 28 years of life) but people tell me how unpleasant it is :( hope it gets better for you!

I have anterior placenta sebbiesmum..can feel baby kicking now. Hopefully won't be long for you x

Good luck with your scan today Holly! Mines at 3!

Does anyone else suffer with what I can only describe as leg cramps. For the last week or so I'm finding that I'm waking a few times in the night because of pain in my left leg when I'm sleeping on my left side. Have to change to the right side to get any form of relief also noticed I get pins and needles in my hands too.

SebbiesMum hope it's not much longer now til you can feel little ones movements x
