Ear piercing

My two big girls (7 and nearly 6) are addament (sp?) that they want theair ears pierced, I'm not 100% sure, what are your opinions? I have told them it hurts and I will need to clean them three times a day but they still want it done, are they too young?

I have always said to myself that when Keeley asks for her ears piecered then i wil let her have them done... i think your girls are old enought to look after them... so its upto really

I think they are old enough now. If they are actually asking and understand its gonna hurt I would let them. Jess is 7 and I keep asking her if she wants it done but shes having none of it.

hmmm tough one, i had Georgias ears done at 2 aswell & am VERY embarrased that i did, she had no say in it really as she was too young, i have to blame me being young & stupid!

I'm not having Freyas done, just the two big girls, they are 7 and nearly 6, we have decided to let them have it done as I will only have it done in the summer hols so that they ca have time to heal before going back to school so they would have to wait a year, we are going on thursday so wish me luck!
