I can't say they really feel like period pains .... although come to think of it I did have those last week. This is more of a sharp quick stab right in my cervix (high). Something similar to if you've bumped it before lol

Rose - I'm with you on this. I'm trying not to let anyone sway my decision of what we want and will most importantly be best for us all as a family. i.e. I need to think of hubby using pram / pushchair, carrier etc. When I don't have things fired at me by family I feel so much more confident about the whole pregnancy and becoming a mum, but they somehow manage to sometimes make me feel like I doubt myself and just confuse me when they try to give their advice on everything.

I'm having a rant day today lol.

On the plus side my hubby made homemade jam with fruit from the garden last night. OMG it was lush I was dipping shortbread fingers in the left overs in the bottom of the pan! lol it was like a craving, "yummy" session last night.

I'm not particularly feeling any regular movements as yet. Just had popping in my tummy at night. Although I'm wondering if I'm beginning to feel the start of something now whilst sitting here typing to you all.

Wow Sara that's quite a bump! Although I think you looked quite small with Harrison that far along. I guess it's true what they say about everything expanding quicker with the second one!

I'm coming up to 17 weeks and my bump is looking pretty impressive. I'm having a 'fat' day today - I caught sight of myself in a mirror at the shops and thought I looked like a whale! X

I think I possibly felt flutters Saturday night but cant be sure it wasn't wind lol but no real kicks now im 17 weeks with my first so guess a little bit more waiting

I'm 17+4 & have been feeling some slight movements for about the past week but only once or twice a day, usually around the same time early evening & feels like a flutter or like my belly is doing somersaults, no kicks yet! Can't wait to feel baby more & more xx p.s. Sara that sure is one impressive baby bump!!

Going by my 12 weeks scan date which I only looked at properly the other day my due date is the 13th December not the 15th so only a day behind you Jai! I cant wait to start feeling kicks either hopefully will be very soon!

Also I am experiencing a few itchy red spots on my belly have tried lots of different products but nothing seems to stop them I asked the midwife she didn't seem concerned has anyone else got this??

Bloody hell, impressive bump! I'm still so small, people keep saying it and it's getting annoying! I am small both height and weight wise, always had a flat tummy so to me, I've grown a lot! Can't wait for a big bump! X

That's the same due date as me! I had spots on my belly a few days ago but they are disappearing now.

I've been feeling little kicks mostly at night but starting to feel them during the day. Although I didn't feel much yesterday I felt more today. I love feeling them. I just can't wait for OH to start feeling them!

My bump is getting there. Most people comment how big I am do quickly. I just love having a bump lol. Sara that is definitely an impressive bump you have though. You're looking good x

Awhhhhh yay my midwife date was 15th but scan date was 13th so im going with that now!!! Awhhhhh think I need to concentrate more maybe I am getting them but so busy! People are starting to comment on my bump now! Its not huge but a little bump now defo! The spots seem to be worse when I put any kind of lotion/oil on but will just have to put up with it as don't want to not put anything on! I am putting sudocrem on them to ease the itching and trying not to itch them.

I've got a pic of my bump on my preg journal and no way is it as impressive as all of yours!

Lhop, have you tried Epaderm? I use it for my eczema and it moisturises really well and takes away the itchiness!

Well after saying I couldn't feel baby move as much, I put on the Doppler and heard a strong heartbeat and could hear her swooshing around. Then I felt her moving!xx

Maybe I will try that thanks Goat I suffer from a slight bit of eczema so think its just my skins very sensitive in general!

After saying that I hadn't felt much too I have just had some strange feelings like somersaluts in my tummy acutally made me jump!!!!! It felt like my tummy flipped!!

Knopk your bump at 16 weeks is how I looked at 6 weeks lol, that's such a neat little bump. Mine is now defintely noticeable! I will take a pic over next few days when I'm 18 weeks & post it on here xx

Here's me when I last took a photo at 15 weeks - so I'm a bit bigger than this now but still feel like I'm really big for this stage!

Had a really nice day - tool myself to the shops and bought some basic body suits and leggings in baby pink and then went round to my MIL and had a good chat for a couple of hours - at least someone in the family is normal and doesn't want to push all their opinions on me - she is so laid back x

Give me strength. I made an amazon wish list to try to avoid the constant family purchases of things we don't need and SIL asked for it. An hour later and I have an email questioning my bath choice and have just spent 15 minutes researching my bath choice further to make sure I'm not mental. This is so frustrating! X
