Cramping after sex

Hi ladies

I've just given my hubby a birthday bang lol, but during it I noticed I was getting some cramps - I didn't stop though and carried on and orgasmed - but the cramps continued for about 10-15mins after we'd finished.

There's no blood or anything so I'm not worried as such, just wondering if its normal to experience some cramping during or after sex? X

This is pretty normal hon so don't worry. The uterus contracts slightly when we orgasm. The LO is nice and safely tucked up! Xxxxx

the uterus hardens to protect the baby and this can feel like cramping. dont worry

I told him I was having cramps and he was like 'omg get on ur forum and ask if that's normal!' Lol.
