I’ve put on 6kg now, all pretty much in the last few weeks, but it’s in line with the weight gain chart I have so I’m not worried about it. I guess it’s to be expected when you eat A LOT of pasta ��

I have my anomaly scan on Friday, a little bit dreading it tbh, the last scan I had was really rough and it made me physically sick afterwards. The bump does not like to be man handled!!

I have an anterior placenta too so everything I feel is very muted, can’t wait until they get stronger.

Does anyone talk to their bump? I thought I would, but I don’t. Maybe I will start when there is more movement.

I haven't started yet but then my bump isn't really a proper bump in my eyes -hubby has done more talking to it but I find it really weird and end up squirming away from him hahaha I do believe the babies are able to hear some sounds in the womb now (from about 18 weeks?) so I might start very soon and just try make the weirdness go away! Maybe with some time itll seem more natural but I've only just started feeling real movements so I guess until now it still didn't feel real enough! xx

Had my scan today sonographer thinks it's a girl we both had a hunch baby was going to be a girl. All our friends and family thought it would be a boy. We're keeping the sex a secret from everyone. She was being sassy so sonographer couldn't get one of the spine measurements so going back next week. X

Indeed you do- although I think Lara knew what hers was a while ago but hasn’t updated us on her news! Red is having her scan tomorrow so all coming along nicely! I wonder if juice is gong to find out? Xx

Yes we have a girls name but not a boy so that's a relief! Harriet (Hattie) hopefully she won't turn into a boy when we go back next week. How about you? Have you picked out names? X

I have my anomaly scan Thursday but feeling pretty relaxed as we were in London on Monday for a heart scan of baby. They looked at his heart in so much detail it was incredible! And thankfully all was good! They wouldn’t confirm the gender though but I think maybe that’s the policy there....

Hope your scan goes ok PurdieCat and that it doesn’t make you sick again. That must really suck! Hopefully because baby is so much bigger they won’t have to be so rough xx
