I've been doing them when I wee but I still have wee escaping. How important are they??! Xx

My midwife told me to do them once a day at least, and at least ten squeezes. Perhaps I should start doing more!! I've got a friend who never did them and is continuously wetting herself when she coughs/sneezes/laughs/jumps/jogs. Fun times!! Xxx

Anyone else experiencing cramps ... Legs feet hand ouch... On the plus side I've worked out how to play computer through the tele so am watching series 2 3 and 4 and specials of OBEM .. Well I've started to, I may be here till next christmas. Results back and I am immune to slapped cheek syndrome so back to work tomorrow for two days and then end of term for crimbo yay ! X

I've never really had cramps in my legs before.

I should probably be stressed right now but I'm just tired. Got an interview tomorrow after my MW appointment to try to win a piece of work for the business. Got to do 5 mins talk on similar previous projects (we haven't done anything like this before) so I have no idea what I'll talk about but at least it's not for long! There will also be a task and they haven't told us what it is! It's a really odd but cool project and I'd love to get it.

Oh also I'm coming down with something so wish I didn't have to do it, I'll probably go home to bed after lol!
