All done it wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. I've been so worried that I'm now exhausted. I'm on strict bed rest till Monday my tummy feels a little sore and baby was so nosey like it's dad lol everytime my consultant was pushing an area baby was kicking and pushing at him they think it's a girl too.

Just want to say a huge thankyou for all your support you will never know how much it really means to me xxx

I'm waiting for a man to come and put my mirror up on the wall while I mentally plan how to create a faux fireplace.
Debating the 'costs less if I do it myself' vs 'I can't be bothered' issues.

Just have to hope baby is happy in there as my consultant told me a mc can happen upto 2w after the amniocentesis but it's mainly due to there being a problem with the baby.... So fingers crossed xx

Just been catching up with all those bump pics guys - looking awesome! I was just thinking today when I put on leggings and a dress that I've a mini bump starting...it's hard to tell the difference between bloating and bump early on Maybe by week 18 I can get a proper bump pic?!!

I've been a bit quieter on here for the last few days, work has been quite stressful, getting caught up after my time off because of my 'bug' which turned out to be an allergic reaction. Still recovering from that and my line manager and her equivalent in lower school were making some loud, snide remarks about me yesterday that really hurt. Spent the whole day just wanting to go home. My OH was brilliant last night, and have woken up feeling less emotional but still got my tension headache. Hope everyone has a good day. Roll on the weekend! Xxx

Why do people have to be so deliberately bitchy?! What is the point in trying to make someone else feel miserable!? I will never understand it!

Thanks so much karen and naomi. Well, I've had a better day. Hardly seen my line manager or her shadow lol ok so I stayed in class pretty much all day, but I got on, did my job and dit it darned well, even if I do say so myself. And we had HMI in doing lesson observations today, so it was good for me to be in class, and I think it went well. My headache is gone and I'm looking forward to my French and PSHE afternoon based on the book Wonder tomorrow, then visiting my mum on saturday and midwife Monday so hopefully we'll get to hear our LO's heart beat! Yay! Much better :-D

Sorry to hear about your nasty management. From one teacher to another schools can be down rite horrible places if there are too many women!

Iv felt ok today and def noticed a connection between having heartburn and hunger! If I eat it goes away! Think I may now be coming into the pregnant woman phase of enjoying food. At the moment im wanting chip shop chips and given how crap I felt for the first 16 weeks im throwing caution to the wind and eating what I want. So tonight its an oven pizza and chips from the best chippie in town!
