I've woken up today with an enormous bump! Don't know if it's because I've been wearing jeans and jumpers all week or if the exhaustion I've had is due to growth spurt (likely both?) but today I've thrown on my tights and skirt and I'm like WOW! Where did you come from?

I am off to aqua natal tonight and given the weather I can see it far enough! But iv arranged to meet up with one of the other girls for a coffee beforehand. If I had her number id maybe cry off! Had a fair bit of aches and pains today so im guessing things are moving about down there!

Hi Lynne I'm good I think. I've been feeling a little out of it my oh said I wonder off. He is taking me and the kids round to his friends for a bonfire party to try and distract me as he knows the longer I sit and think the more frantic I get myself. At the mo I'm feeling a little nervous and have the sick feeling in my tummy....... God help me tomorrow . Maybe a little chat and some warm exercise might perk you up and ease some of the aches.

Tommo I've noticed my tummy is a lot bigger quicker I'll have to pop a picture on.

When my bladders really full I feel what feels like little electric shocks. Must be the baby kicking/bumping into it. It's quite uncomfortable but nice to feel some movement.

I know I'm not far on really, but I've had it confirmed - I'm definitely feeling kicks! It's amazing! I've over a month to wait til my scan though, mine's on Friday 13th December

Hope we're all feeling OK. Work just seems manic at the moment, making myself leave as close to my proper finish time as I can so I'm getting some rest too.

Thankyou for the welcome girls feels nice to talk to people as noone I know is pregnant so I feel like im boring people in real life haha! I woke up with a definite bump today it's been a bit iffy til today but most definitely bump now. I think im feeling movement too but not 100% sure yet. Like to think it is baby though

I have my first pregnancy exercise class tomorrow night my midwife told me about it and its only round the corner and free! Looking forward to it to try and keep the weight gain under control xx

Oo what's the exercise class? I'm starting pregnancy yoga this week. Hoping to make some pregnant friends as none of my friends are pregnant either

MrsPod the kicks are amazing aren't they?! I used the Doppler tonight and heard a kick on that too. Still can't quite believe there's a baby in there! Xxx

Oh yes Naomi, I'm starting to notice them at work too now, he or she seems to wake up and kick when I'm teaching maths especially! So either we're going to have a child who just can't sit still and wants to run at the first sight of a digit or one who thinks maths is brilliant - hoping for the latter lol

Can't wait to hear the heartbeat on the doppler next Monday going to ask my midwife about exercise classes outside of school hours when I see her too.

Welcome Dizzybaby, im due just a couple of days before you but I think I will be late too, it also my first!

My belly seems to have got bigger last few days?!

We've got a 4d gender scan on Thursday, can't wait. we wasn't going to have one as work out expensive but it must have been fate as it came on Groupon (of all places!!) for 50% off, counting down the days now! can't wait to find out if team blue or pink
