The Marissa Peer book is great. I think there are a couple of schools of thought around fertility acupuncture. As I understand it the Zita West type is much more rigid in it's thinking - no doubt they have lots of success - but my lady doesn't follow that and to me what she does makes more sense.
Charlotte - have a look at an app called "Calm". I've heard lots of people recommend it, I think it gives you a daily meditation. That would probably help you a lot. I'm sure you already know this but if you are stressing, and I mean really stressing, about getting pregnant then you will be producing more cortisol, the stress hormone. Cortisol inhibits progesterone. I would also recommend the Marissa Peer book Staces mentioned, it's called "trying to get pregnant and succeeding" and has some nice visualisations. I recorded the one for getting pregnant onto my iphone, just read it out loud and recorded my voice, which I could then play to myself daily on my headphones on my way to work. Actually I haven't listened to it for a while, I must start doing that again. To answer your question yes, I'm back in the UK this week, loving being in London with all the Christmas lights
Staces, I'm off to St Lucia with a friend Can't wait for some sunshine, yoga and relaxation. Officially I'm in the tww right now and even though I'm not holding out hope given we only dtd once and it was early, I'm still starting to symptom spot. AF is due the last day of my holiday so I'm hoping being away will serve as a good distraction.
