Morning ladies, glad to see you're all doing well. I don't get a great deal of time to come on with my little man being so energetic and me being SO not at the minute lol.

I have scan tomorrow (eeeek!) and I heard baby's heartbeat on Sunday for the first time on my Doppler feeling more confident that things might be ok at the scan now I've heard it

Anyway, it's 5.48 and I've been up since 4.30 with a whingey child who has (for now) gone a bit quiet, so I'm going to take this opportunity to close my eyes for a bit haha.

Scan today went really well! I'm 11w6d, so my dates are dead on (midwife was out by 3 days lol). I need to go back next Wednesday because baby was sat in a weird position and we couldn't get the measurements needed. But I'm just glad baby was alive and well! Saw him having a little wriggle (I'm saying "him" so I don't have to say "it" lol), but he was led on his side and he needed to be on his back lol.

Hi!!

All good! Back dated to 10+3 which was only a few days out to what I thought I would be!

Perfect bean - lively one though ! She struggled to measure lol

Got to go back in a few weeks for another scan for downs - they said I could just have the blood test but I wanted another scan - why not if its free eh lol

hi sorry scan went fab I'm 11plus 4 days now baby was waving saw ill toes the nurse pointed out everything as she was training some one....how is everyone doin I'm now due 23rd ...but prob change again lol xx I have posted pics on separate post will on Here when get laptop of my daughter lol xx

Congratulations I had the same thing at my scan! Got to go back at 15 weeks to take other measurements. Sonographer said he was wriggling too much but notes indicate too much fat was in the way :-/

It's been a busy couple of days for us with the scan then meeting consultant (who we are pleased with- as she seems to be keen to monitor my pregnancy throughout n seems quite thorough) then telling my DD (8 years) about becoming a big sister ) n then finally letting the cat out the bag n telling my parents and brothers today!

Ah my notes don't say anything about fat being in the way... at least they weren't rude and told you to your face I suppose :/ I know the nurse got me to roll on my side and back to get newbie to move but no joy lol. Ah well, get to see baby newbie again which is the best thing! The day before our anniversary too!

Hello everyone. Glad everyone's scans are going well

I've got my 2nd dating scan on Monday. I was abit early for my first so I'm going back for measurements etc.. So will see if my date changes again! Was put back at my last scan but I think by too much, so we'll see about this one!

I've got my second scan on Monday too. I knew I was definitely early last scan, but she still put me back 2 extra days. Even though due to tilted uterus and backed up bowel she couldn't see very well. We shall see.
