_>•~*X*~July 2015 Mummies-to-be!!!~*X*~•<_

Yeah this is my first baby Crawkay, Iv had lots of comments about how big my bump is, I'm hoping I don't just look fat lol. A friend said, I quote 'Woah, you're HUGE!' I think it seems to be rounding off though :) xx

It doesn't look fat to me, just a big bump.
Weird how different people can be at around the same time. I'm 4 weeks ahead and not that big.x

Lovely bumps ladies :-)

Ooooh BonzE where did you get the Angelcare monitor for £60? That's the one we're after.

We finally exchanged contracts on our new house today! So excited :-) We've been renting up until now so I can't wait to do stuff like pick wall colours and decorate :-)

Hope everyone else has had a good day. Sorry your little one is still poorly Laura, really hope he feels better soon. And sorry to hear you're feeling rough Claire. Hope you manage to get some sleep tonight xxx

Lola congratulations!! That's really exciting!

It was in the mothercare sale in January, I would wait until the next sales as they are good! Argo had a sale; not sure if it's still in or if they do it? It doesn't have the vid though!! X

Thanks BonzE :-) So excited!

Yep that's the one we're after with just the pad. Will hold off to see if any more sales come up then, thanks. Think there are usually sales around easter so will keep an eye on mothercare! Xxx

The sales were really good for that sort of thing so if you can wait I would!! Will keep eyes peeled for any deals though! X x

Some decent deals pop up on a site called Play Pennies. New stuff every day, just have to remember to check on it.

Congratulations on the house exchange, exciting times.x

Ah cool thanks guys :-) I'll keep my eyes peeled and check out that site Crawkay xxx

Whhhy do bad things happen to good people?!
Just gone to empty the washing machine and it's leaked all over the floor :(

Can't be doing with expensive things breaking when I have pretty baby things to be spending my money on, ugh!!

Agh Crawkay I know how you feel, our oven packed up on sat and we are yet to grey a tumble dryer...apparently a must for a baby?! X

We have a tumble dryer but it currently lives in the shed as there is no room for it in the utility.
We had planned on possibly selling the separate washer and dryer and buying one that does both.
Doubt we'd get too much money for a leaking washing machine though, balls.
Definitely want a dryer in place for baby's arrival though.x

Completely the opposite to you Lola. We were meant to be completing on our house on Friday, but it was moved to today. We're buying new and had to be out of our rented house today,so the builder let us move all our big furniture in over the weekend. Got to 10 this morning and our mortgage offer has been revoked. They've pulled out completely and we've been made homeless :-( luckily the builders have put is up in a hotel for the next few days, but it's now going to be another 4-8 weeks before we can move. We've got to find somehwere to temporarily rent until we've got a new mortgage and that has all gone through. Suffice to say that today has not been a good day :-( staying in a lovely hotel, but it's not the same compared to having our beautiful new house to move into!!

In other news I've been feeling baby loads today-it's almost like baby is giving me cuddles from the inside to remind me not to get too worked up about it all!! :-D

I hope it doesn't take too long. My poor pussycat has had to be shipped off to our friends house :-( miss her already!! I've been a total emotional wreck today!!xxx

Whaat? How come they revoked the mortgage offer at the last minute? I didn't even realise that could happen.
What a shame. Glad you're sorted with a new one but crappy that it's now weeks away again!

Oh what a horrid day Twinkletoes. Hope you find something brilliant very soon xxx

No. We've not got a new one sorted yet. We have to start at the beginning again,so will need to meet with mortgage advisor and start all over again! So were back to square 1!!! Really frustrating!!!

We didn't either. We thought that once they'd made the official offer in writing then they wouldn't be able to retract it-how wrong were we??? It's been a nightmare! I don't understand how they can just change their mind. Solicitor thought it was because they were a bit dubious about the development, but they've apparently leant to 5 other people on the development,so it's not that!! I just hope they go bust and have to declare bankruptcy!! Horrrible people!!!x

Oops, I read it as you had a new mortgage.
Bloody hell, what a carry on for you.
It'll be all the more special when you eventually get in but such a shame in the meantime.x

Oh twinkletoes that's a nightmare. Which bank did that to you? We are just about to get our new mortgage deal and are looking at principality building society. Really don't want anything similar to happen for us, especially as the developer has now sold our house on, so there are people waiting to move in here.

It was with Skipton Building Society!! The builders have said they have never known a mortgage to be withdrawn as late as this, which is why they're doing everything they can to help us out!! In the 20 years the sales woman has done her job she's never known it happen. It happens early on in the process but never on completion day!! I will be spreading how sh*tty they have been as well (once we've got a new mortgage sorted!!!) We just want to get in our house so we can get ready for the baby!! Argh!!! I'm more annoyed that well have to cancel our holiday too!!

Oh twinkle that's a nightmare. So sorry it's happened to you. Have you got a mortgage broker?? Thinking of you, xx
