Yeah, so we're coming over on just about the earliest Tri 2 date available, but... Good riddance to Tri 1!!!

It's been tough, it's been sickness and scary and sore boobs and aches and pains and confusion and worry... Hopefully as we settle in to Tri 2, our bodies adapt, we finally "get used" to all this pregnancy crazy, and everything finally settles down.

In theory

Lots of cool milestones in Tri 2. Firstly, we're out of Tri 1, so YAY!
12 week scans will have just been/will be done
We hit the 20 week mark (half way through ), and second scan!
We pass "V-Day" (if your baby is born now, doctors will help fight for survival)
Aaaaaand we move into DDD (double-digit days - 99 days til due date)

Loooaaaads to get through.
Lots of things to look forward to.

We will be team yellow,but every dream I've had is boy and OHs dad keeps calling it a boy!! Also both my physchic predictions were boys! So odds are on a boy for now! Will have to wait for July to find out!!!! xxx

I was convinced last time DS was a girl.
Convinced.

OH is convinced this time it's a girl.
To the point he's got me convinced.

Skull theory (dodgy) and Bicarb test (80+% accurate) back him up.
Hopefully 12w scan will give a good nub shot.

I have work in like, four hours.
This sucks.

Urgh.

Sounds really odd, but I have a list if girls names that me and hubby love, but neither of us can think of names for a boy, so for that reason alone, I'm going to guess we will be having a boy haha x

We have a list of girls names we're tryna pick between (although I think we've agreed the number one spot now).

We have a boys name we both agree on, but it's not, like, "YES! THIS WILL BE HIS NAME!" Like the girls are.

We'll see.

We'll definitely be finding out in Feb if we can (probably keep her legs crossed, knowing my luck).
Main reason: I hate saying "it". I want to be able to say "s/he".

I was the same with my boy.

We decided the other day to cancel plans for me to fly out in Jan, and OH is gonna come here in Feb instead, so he'll be able to come to the 20w scan It's his birthday right around week 20, so my scan will probably be ON his birthday.
That'd be kinda awesome.

As long as the babies and mums are all well, I don't really mind where I post. Until my dating scan my dates could be out anyway, and who knows whether I'll be early or late. As it happens, I regularly read the august june and May threads, just to see how everyone's doing. It's good to see so many other stories of people dealing with the same worries and coming through fine. Feels like teamwork x
