i cant relax at all, i am even considering temping next cycle. i only did 2 temps this month and struggled to sleep lol!
i didnt do anything for first few months just thought it might happen then the more time has gone on the more i am getting worried etc. people including oh think we should just leave it be and it will happen but i really dont think it will without me tracking with opks etc.
apart from this week of me doing nights i have eaten well and losing slowly, havent eaten much this week because of nights. too tired and no motivation tbh. nights completely send my system out of whack. xx
