I had the same story as you pretty much with my first - massive tear, ended up in theatre etc. was very frustrating. I fainted as soon as I stood up for the first time.

I am glad you got your water birth though, I really want to do that this time around so I am glad you said that part was lovelY!


I hope you have a speedy recovery, just don't do too much, relax and feed as and when, you'll get the hang of it all
