Vit help please - preparing for next cycle

Mine to spoilt wee brats, but they keep me sane.
I'm having lots of cramping pain tonight I think, I dunno if this sounds mad but have you ever thought you've had a pain then thought that your bloody imagining it?

Yeah I was pretty sure I was making it up in my head lol so much that I couldn't work out if it was actual pain or if I was making it up, and this morning I've woke up with the dodgiest stomach ever and feel like I've got a hangover, it was totally the disgusting pizza I ate last night x
