Ttc shit boat - long term ttcers

So tonight I've taken my first round of soy and am sleeping in the spare room as we don't have the heart to kick the dog out and he wakes me up in the night so I can't do my temps. I think this is the beginning of the end of our relationship lol!

Stace, yes I always had sore boobs from ovulation, and then when I fell pregnant they didn't go away until 2 days before I miscarried. I haven't had them since so am hoping for some pain again this month! Will make it seem like my cycles have gone back to normal.

I just did my last dose of soy on Thursday night!! Did day 2-6

I've started day 2 as well. How do you feel? xx

I was fine with it! Started getting faint lines on OPK on Thursday CD6 so hoping its a good sign!

Cd 9 and opk testing has started along with the baby dancing ! Hubby off work at the mo so hoping 2 get lots in !
My appt has come thru 4 hospital as well 28 July so not 2 long 2 wait !

That's handy that your hubby is off work, makes it so much easier, 'tired' can not be used as an excuse that way.
That's great about the hospital appointment, is that for the HSG? xx

Hey lisey , I think it is just an initial appt 2 go thru history and stuff ,then il prob have 2 wait a another appt 4 hsg or lap which ever they do first :/ going 2 ask 4 a scan aswell
Hope the witch flys off soon , how long do ur af last ?

Oh I see, so they have referred you to a gynaecologist/fertility department? That's great, they are much more knowledgeable than the GPs.
Hopefully your wait for the investigations won't be long after that appointment, I only had to wait one month for lap from them agreeing to it.
AF usually lasts 7 days, so annoying. Last month was a little shorter so I am hoping its the same this month too. As soon as the witch leaves I will be on 'operation get off this boat' xx

I am sotoday!! Glad you got your appt through Andrea, I did think about going to my gp and seeing if they would refer me for another blood test (had one this time last year) but it makes me really anxious to think about going to see a doctor, I know i sound pathetic but I get so nervous and feel sick at the thought of it

5DPO for me today, I dont hold out much hope for this month, I feel EXACTLY the same as I have the last few cycles!

stacesl3 I'm tired too, I could sleep right now given half a chance. I also hate doctors, I get in a panic and it is all I can do to keep myself in the room and not run away. I'm pretty pleased with how I've coped with all the prodding so far, just keep on hoping they can give you answers and it will make it slightly better.

Can anyone tell me what I count as CD1 after a mc? Sorry tmi coming up, I had a short gush of blood the one day but then no further bleeding until 4 days afterwards, which do I count as CD1? Either way I'm now three weeks on, so as I have irregular periods and am waiting to book hsg and next set of bloods I have to ring the fertility clinic tomorrow and see how long I am to wait for af before having it induced. It is a right pain as we have our consultant app end July and will have to cancel it if I've not had tests done beforehand and the next app is end Sept, really not keen on waiting that long!

I'm glad i'm not the only one snowbee, i guess the only thinng that gets us through it is the hope of getting that BFP

Hmmm not too sure, I guess technically the first day of bleeding would county as CD1? My mc was different as I had no bleeding so i had to have erpc/d&c and that would have counted as CD1 i think? Then I got my AF around 3 and a half weeks later...

Where is everyone, this ship is becoming more like the Marie Celeste??

Staces I really hope the tiredness is due to your body looking after a little bean. I used to get realy anxious about going to the doctors too, I used to practice in my head what I would say when I went in lol, now I take lists

Thanks lisey, That would be lovely, but I am pretty much tired all the time! I also have a pounding headache and boobs are really sore today I dont get excited with symptoms anymore as i feel this way most months and end up with AF.

Hi ladies, so this is my 1st posting I have been ttc almost 2 1/2 yrs now and with our so called wonderful medical system I have already been on the waiting list to see the fertility specialist for a year and havent received an appt .... I did get in with a gyno which ive tried metformin and finally had a hsg which results were good but now back to square one ...

Anyways I just wanted to ask is now after 2 yrs and watching so many friends and family get pregnant and have baby im starting to get very angry mad and dont know how to deal with it b4 I was always excited cuz I love babys ....the worst is having to listen to my sis in law talk about planning for baby number 5 .... grrrr so mad angry and starting to get depressed

Welcome snl, and hi everybody. Haven't jumped ship, just had a whole heap of s**t this week, thank God it's the weekend! Hope everyone is ok.
Snl, sounds like you've had a tough time. Not experienced this myself, but I've heard people recommend going for an initial consultation privately, then being transferred to nhs. I'm sure someone will be able to say more.
Now, off to keep this boat afloat with wine!

Ah sorry you are going through this SNL, its always a kick in the teeth to hear when someone close to you is pregnant and you are still waiting for that elusive BFP! There are a lot of ladies on this site who i know have had lots of experience with long term ttc and fertility treatment etc, hopefully one of them may be able to help xx

Hello ladies!! I was hoping we were on land by now but hey ho!! I'm tracking temp using fertility friend and that says I'm probably fertile but I'm still getting - on ov sticks. It's all so bloody frustrating and confusing!!
