I avoided the forum for a couple of weeks after getting my AF 2 days late at the end of May, it just felt like everyone I had been talking to on here were getting their BFPs. I got my positive opk today so currently lying here with my legs in the air (ai). Fingers crossed this is our month, I'm not sure how long I can keep going through this heartache.

Clearly I’m out again this month.

Cd28, no idea when I ovulated as didn’t track, had some red blood last night after dtd so can only assume it’s af on the way. I checked cervix earlier too and it’s really really low. Getting odd pains right now sharp pains from my right ovary, or that kind of area. Nothing like normal. Guess I need to pester the doctors as this af will probably be like the rest all short and light.

1 more cycle and it would have been a whole year since we first ever conceived..

My heart hurts.. there’s still a miracle missing in our lives.

Hello everyone, I'm not quite ready for TTC yet this month but will be looking to try again following my 2nd MC the day before yesterday. I'm hoping to leave it a month to get my cycle back to normal as after my scan revealed the loss the doctor who scanned me had a bit of a judgy tone for not waiting after my last MC. Almost as if catching immediately was the reason for the 2nd MC (even though I know that's not the case!). Anyway wanting to give my body a tiny rest before we start trying but wanted to say hey and good luck to everyone x

Welcome smithybaby, you’re right not waiting wouldn’t have caused any issues at all, the only reason they really want you to wait is to make dating easier. It’s definitely a good idea to wait until you’re ready physically and emotionally before trying again though. Xx

Thank you Lucy! I'm so glad there are people to share this with even though I'm sorry it has happened to all of us. Doing this without everyone here would be so much harder. I am looking forward to when I feel ready to ttc again

Hey ladies, how are you all getting on? I’m now 12 days late, still bfn, think I might have to contact my consultant to see if it could be a side effect of the thyroid medication or if I should just keep waiting!

I think I’d ring up Lucy. Do you know when you ovulated? Maybe it’s just a longer cycle than normal?

I’m CD10 today. Don’t normally ovulate til CD25 so still a long wait before anything happens. I’ve booked another fertility reflexology session for next week though

Hi ladies, just checking in to see how everyone's getting on. It's been so difficult recently, so many friends announcing their pregnancies. I'm 5dpo today, and my boobs have been getting progressively more and more painful since the day after ovulation. I know progesterone can cause it, but this is severe, even my clothes brushing against them is painful. I don't normally get painful boobs till about a week before AF. It would be so typical if my body has decided to play tricks on me to be honest.


I'm booked in to have blood tests done tomorrow to check everything's in order because of my age (nearly 36) then it'll be my other half's turn (he's 43). Keeping our fingers crossed!!

I wasn’t tracking ovulation this month typically so I have no idea, I really thought I’d ovulated ages ago as I seemed to have post ov symptoms but I guess it could have been hormone fluctuations. I think you’re right and I will try and contact him tomorrow and see what he says. How are you finding reflexology?
