**The No Sleep Club**

matthew is on hungry baby milk now but i am doubting it although it fills him and he hasnt woke up for the past 2 nights he isnt having many bottles in the day hes only on it to delay weaning might take him to get weighed on tues and speak to them then, last time she started on about the 6 month thing and i argued back that all babies are different my mum prob come with me, she'll soon give her and earful! anyway he has only had 4 bottles today and the most he had from one of them was 8oz. which doesnt seem enough to me he would be getting more if i switched back and started introducing baby rice, hoping that once on solids he may continue to sleep thru!

Coby woke up twice for a feed last night!

im really confused as to what to do with him now, had to bite the bullet today and phone my HV, she is coming thid afternoon

hope it goes ok layla, matthew went down grumbling at 8 last night and not a peep until 6.45. I am now writing down what time he eats and how much obviously the milk is working but i am concerned about his weight gain and weather he is having enough. Oh the joys of parenthood nothing but worry.

Maybe you can start over with Coby and introduce foods every few days and increase foods every few days my HV said they should still be taking a pint of milk a day either by drinking or in foods

she came round and weighed him, hes goine up a centile in a week which is great!

she seems to think he is waking for a feed to catch up, his weight dipped down 2 centiles last week.

i tol dher what he was having (5 bottles and 2 meals) and she said that was just right for a 18 week old baby so at least i know im doing something right!

going to try a dream feed tonight, see if that will stop him waking in the night

Urcihin B has now decided 5 am is swake up time lol u sorted out the sleeping hro so ne advice lol?

Awww sarah :(

Have you got black-out curtains? Could the light be waking him up?

I definately recommend black out curtains or blinds. Heidi started waking at 5.00am and I couldnt work out why as she had been going till 6 - anyway I realised a chink of light was coming out the side of the curtain so now I have blue-tacked it to the wall!! :D and she has been fine since!

he has got a blck out blind but coz there like the attack window that have the big window cills they dont go all the way around so i have to get curtains to where can i get blck out ones from? does neone know>

i got mine from argos.

ruben is still playing up a little at night... last night woke at 2.30, fed and went back down. woke again at 5 but didn't want food. i think it was his itchy skin that was bothering him poor lil man, he was desperately trying to scratch through his grobag! i settled him back to sleep and he woke up just before 7 and started chatting to himself.

Coby woek up again last night, he woke at 1.20 and after his feed was wide awake, he laid in his cot playing untill 3am

Brody had his biggest ever bottle last night (about 9 oz!)
He went down at 8, had a boob top up at 11, then still woke at 2.30 and 4.30!
I tried leaving him but he just got louder :?

matthew woke at 3 last night had five oz then went back to sleep until 7.30 had another 6 ozs and slept until 9. He had slept thru for 4 nights running and before bed had a 7oz bottle (didnt want more) and is on the hungry baby milk so sod the HV he is getting baby rice after his brunch bottle!

Oscar was on an "all night binge" last night - didn't get much sleep either!

Don't have any time scales, but I got sleep last night.
Oscar went to sleep at 7.30pm. At 10.15pm I gave him a dreamfeed and he woke once after that, which was when I took him into bed. Don't know the time, but the next thing I looked, it was 5.30am.
Not bad.... a slight improvement!
