i hope its not the witch missj but if it is keep your chin up and treat yourself on thursday to some wine and a big bar of choc,

i know its not as easy as that, but if everything was easy we wouldn't want for it half as much! the longing for a bfp/baby can take over your life and everyday thinking but were all here if you need t vent and you have what sounds like a brill husband to help you get through it.

ANd so ... if you have to go onto round 4 go into it as relaxed as possible and TRY and enjoy the time you and oh have left as a twosome because before you know it you WILL be surrounded by the smell of poo and sick..... lots of love and hugs today missj x x

Hey Miss J,

Sorry she got you, but good news Clomid has still worked for you eh?

When I was on it, month 1 was a bit crazy as I OV's on CD 11!, then next time on CD 12 and then the third when I caught was a more normal CD 14 so perhaps it takes the body a bit to settle in to it, I took 100mg the last one too as I was getting bored of waiting, are you on 100mg already?

also remember even with clomid you have a 20% chance each month, so don't beat yourself up as it's down to luck/chance and you're already doing all that you can.



Ditch those mean cheapies too!

Yeah I've been on 100mg each cycle. I suppose it worked out perfectly cos I got positive ov tests on cd20, cramping cd21 then AF arrived 14 days later.

My first two cycles were extremely painful at ov and AF arrived 12 days after on both round 1 and 2. Maybe it was just cysts bursting? I remember feeling it on my right side on round 1 then my left on cycle 2, so who knows?

Forgot to add that on my 3rd cycle of Clomid I felt hardly anything at ov. Just crampy type pains. Round 1 and 2, I was doubled over in extreme pain. X

Miss J have you been having CD21 blood tests? I know that's helped me to know if Clomid has definitely worked.

CD30 and just waiting for the witch. I think I must be between 13 and 17 DPO. I might test tomorrow if no AF.

Forgot to add that on my 3rd cycle of Clomid I felt hardly anything at ov. Just crampy type pains. Round 1 and 2, I was doubled over in extreme pain. X

this my 3rd cycle of clomid and I had exactly the same thing. Round 1 esp I was in so much pain at ovulation. I had a scan on cd11 and I had two follicles both 22mm.
This cycle I had scan cd13 and I had one follicle at 14mm and one at 19. (so a lot smaller and two days later) (they increase at 1 -2 mm per day apparently)

I think the bigger the egg, the more it hurts at ov and this would make sense re what i have just written.
Also if you had pain on left one month and ten right the next this would make sense too, as ovaries take turn to ov.

I've not had any monitoring at all. I've heard it's quite common for doctors to not monitor everyone though.

Also I did call the consultant on my second cycle about the pain and he told us it was normal and a good sign. X

I'm fighting the urge to POAS right now. AF due today and I keep going to the loo I check if she's here. Each time I see she's not, the more I want to POAS. No good tonight though as I've been so many times today. I hate waiting, I'm so damn impatient!

I want to test but only have my CB Digi Not sure what to do. I'll be between 14 and 18 DPO I think and haven't tested since Weds evening. If it's BFN I don't think it'll be a shy BFP as blood tests definitely confirmed OV. I'll see if AF has arrived and see how I feel in the morning but am a bit crampy now so reckon she may come in the night as she usually does with me
