The Clomid Thread - 6 BFP's!

Afternoon all! Well first round of clomid, had scan on Friday which showed dominant follicle and scan today which showed I'd released an egg! Woooooohooooooo!!!! Today is cd 25 tho! Guessing I ovulated over the weekend! They said the lining of my uterus wasn't brilliant but just passed the measurement that makes it ok. So it would seem that I'm still gonna have a long cycle but it really does seem like I'm ovulating! Eventually!
Bd'd fri, sat, sun and mon so fingers x'd! Trying not to get overly excited.......... x

Hi Ladies

I know this is not he section but because I have been around this topic for a while I thought id pop in to say hello and post an image of tonight's pregnancy test, as I do have PCOS and on Metformin and was going to see about Clomid soon. So I took it at 17:30pm today. And I have two images to show you.. Its the same test just Ive tweaked the image so you can see the lines better. Im 12DPO. Can anyone see anything I can when its tweaked but my eyes are not very good so I need to zoom in a little. Could this be the start of my Line spotters please? You may need to save them and open them to zoom in a little because they are the little cheap ones. Would appreciate it

I don't think I can see anything hun but I hope it's just my eyes and the experienced line spotters are out in force tonight! X

The image is a bit pixleated as its shrunk to the size it needs to be on here. Trying to think on how top get it full size.

I can see it myself on the Tweaked one I just wanted to make sure it just wasn't me

Quickly popping my head in as signal is awful! Am 3 dpo tomorrow and am hoping being chilled has helped..I've got a bit tipsy tonight (thank God for auto correct lol) and just doing whatever we want lol. Will be testing at 10dpo so got a while to go! Xx

Hi ladies,

I was just wondering if you ladies could tell me if your taking vitamin c alongside your clomid?? I read on a few websites that taking a vitamin c supplement whilst on clomid can actually help aid conception?!

Im not sure how or why...but figured it might be worth ago, just wondered if any of you ladies had experience of this? And also what other vitamins should i be taking? I try to eat healthy, 5 a day and all that but sometimes dont manage it, espesically if im working lates. So far all i take is folic acid!

Emma, I've not heard that one about vit c but I take pregnacare along with Clomid which is basically a multi vitamin. Can't do any harm I suppose?

I'm on my 3rd pill tonight. Will be glad once Fri comes and they are all done. Anyone else find the taste of them absolutely rank? I've taken to coating mine in a wee bit of milky way goo cos it was so bad! Hehe x

i cant say i noticed the taste hun, now agnus castus was hrrendous, i would be retching after those and i brought them up a couple of times....so clomid is ok in comparison for me lol

But the last two days I've had a breakout of spots on my face. Do you think this could be related to ovulation? If so, do you think the spots would show before/during/after ovulation? It's just I worry that we have missed O, even though I think it happened a week ago. Hmmm!

I have my blood test on Monday which will actually be CD23 but CD21 is Saturday and I thought best two days late than one day early. So I'll wait for the results of that before wasting any tests.

i had a lot of spots last week and over weekend and had my pos opk on saturday so u may very well have ov'd (mind u fertility friend hasnt confirmed that i ovd so im clueless)
hope ur blood test confirms that you did ov....my 21 day bloods that i had on friday said no i didnt ov (but then i already knew that)

well girls im 4 dpo (if im going by the pos opk on sat and the painful cramps sunday).....the cramps are more like dull af cramps now not intense ones like on the weekend

fertility friend is still being a bitch and not confirming for me grrr

Bella when your 7dpo go to your gp and request another day 21 blood test. im pretty sure they wont refuse. that way you will no for sure. however the opks are pretty much spot on xxx
