Hi ladies

Wow, thanks for all the good wishes! You are the best!

So I had a pregnancy blood test at the hospital this morning & I'm still in limbo. Apparently it showed a faint positive result and they want me to go back in a week for another blood test.

Having said that, the nurse asked "have you started bleeding yet?" So I'm not expecting any good news but there's currently still hope I suppose!

It's weird as I was expecting to stop all my meds, resume a full exercise regime & go shopping for a bunch of winter (non-maternity) clothes this weekend & it's all on hold.

Here's hoping I have a little fighter xx

Hmm just got a message from Ali saying "I'm afraid looking at your level it is very much on the low side so I'm afraid it is very unlikely to be positive in a week. If you wish to come in and have a confirmatory repeat sooner, I think that would be fine so as not to prolong things too long and then you can stop your meds if it is not any higher."

Ohhhhh Tinsel I hope you do have a fighter. I know they don't want to get hopes up but is there always story's on here of ladies that have faint tests which get darker or people with early scans that assumed were further on and then all works out ok. I've everything crossed for a positive outcome x

I'm assuming it will be a chemical - am resisting temptation to do an OPK tomorrow as a negative result will be too cutting xx
