Start of miscarriage? :(

Firstly I'm so sorry for all of your losses ..
I started to bleed brown blood last week and have had light spotting
Since . The doctor scheduled me for a scan which is today ..
I'm so worried and heartbroken ..
I'm hoping with all my heart there is a little heartbeat
Please keep me in your thoughts xxx
