SMEP - who is using this/or has been sucessfull with this

not sure if i will be with u ladies this cycle as it looks as though i still have a positive pregnancy test after my mmc. Its not a new pregnancy either as only dtd the twice since and both times it was protected. xx

That is quite a long time to stay positive kanga. did you ever get a negative? i had 12-13week mmc in feb and it only took 2-3 weeks to go negative. You may need your gp to do some bhcg levels, see if going down or up? So sorry hun - that sucks.

Nope not seen a negative test since my mc. Going to try and see the doc on Monday and push for a blood test as had none done. It been 6 weeks since my mc started! Xx

Hey, how is everyone? Still resisting the urge to poas? I've been using my cb digial opk's everyday and still not had a smiley face, I'm cd18! Am trying not to stress though as I may ov really late, hence why I haven't had a bfp yet. Will keeping testing and more importantly keep bd!!

Hey taffy, day 20 for me now. +OPK mid morning but did a cheeky one just a minute ago and it is just starting to turn lighter so pretty sure ovulated. been temping so I think a rise tomo when I wake up will confirm it. Arrghh 2 ww starts then! eeeeeeeek

Eeekk so excited for the 2ww results!!!

I'm cd12 now. Not due to ov (so my pridictor says) for another 5 days but I've woken up with horrid cramps. Really intense? So maybe it may be a shorter cycle? It's too sore to BD right now but will do it later when the pan has gone. Will get up now and do an opk test and see what that says too xx

im so confused - HELP! My OPK (superdrug) was positive just now. What on earth? 4 days of positives in a row and it was a teeny bit lighter yday so thought it was fading but apparently not. My temp hasnt risen so I think I still might have not O'd. But its day 22!! WTF!! Sent hubby to get some digis from Asda, will update ya all.


Babybo - I get crampy sometimes when I O so don't worry.

I've had cramps now since I woke up?? They are quite sore. Usually don't notice them but these are killing me!! Don't understand why I'm cramping?? Feels like if I go to the loo I'll expect to see af? But that's impossible as I'm only cd12?
All this ttc is so unpredictable!!

Keep us upto date Hun? Maybe you have had a high surge in LH sothats why you have had 4 days of positives? X

Hey itsbabytime, let us know how you get on with your digi. I think you've got my positive as I'm on cd19 and still no smiley.

Babybo - last month I had really strong cramps mid way through my cycle, I put it down to ov but to be honest I wasn't using opk's so not sure.

It is frustrating because although I feel a bit in control following SMEP ttc is so unpredictable and out of our control. I was doing some research the other day and so many people said they never got a smiley on cb opk but got their bfp. So I'm thinking I'm just going to continue to drag my OH to bed regularly and hope for the best xx

Did a digi and no smiley face so have o'd. will confirm tomo with a temp rise. think using digis and non digis in the same cycle is not the way to go for me! Definately in 2ww now, eeeeeeeeeeekk

Taffy - dont worry - have you done a non-digi to see even if there is a start of a line? Could something be delaying it - are you stressed, ill???

My cramps have slowly vanished away now!! I've never had to take paracetamol before for them but this time I had too!!

Hey Fliss - I'm not too bad thanks hun (considering it's Monday morning), how's you? I think I'm going to have a long cycle this month as I don't think I've ov yet and I'm on cd20. My cycles have been a bit all over the place since coming off the pill 5 months ago, anywhere between 29 and 34 days so we shall see. I'm still using cb digi opks and following SMEP so lots of bding. I've noticed a change in my cm this morning so fingers crossed. It has been helpful tracking this month, as I think it'll prove I ov much later than I thought, hopefully the 2WW will start in the next day or so.

Did an opk and was negative. Cm-dry?
Due to ov on wed so we shall see??
Got a night off tonight from BDing just to prepare me for the next 6 nights of it!!!

Just a quick update for u ladies, I have been to see the doc who has put me on antibiotics in case I have an infection and I have a blood test booked for tomorrow morning, so fx I will have answers by the end of the week.

Ladies - I would say I'm in 2ww now. Cm has all dried up. Negative opks. Wanted a confirmation with a temp rise this morning but woke up twice for a pee in the night so I didn't get the correct number of hours consecutive asleep to be accurate with temp so have to disregard this mornings reading.

I'm confused how to measure how many dpo I am as so many posotive opks. Will I take it from the last posotive test to be prudent?

Taffy - definately think u will O if u have a change in cm. FX!

LOL tell me about it, I have stuck to SMEP and we were doing it at the start of this cycle too so have so much this month - hubby even said he was glad we didnt need to do it today! LOL poor guy doesnt know what has hit him!
