joined the online program, printed all those tables of food choices and....i still have no idea what to eat.

can someone tell me if i got it right?

brakfast : an omelet and vegetables, some fruit and coffee/tea with a dash of milk or milk and cereals or 2 slices of wholemeal bread with sth on them that sth is usually counts for those syns.

lunch: vegetables 1/3 of my plate, potatoes, peas and lean meat, maybe some fruit

dinner: the same.

and one kind of dessert for my syns like a bar or a couple of biscuits or instead of that maybe olive oil in my cooking?

am i even close to what i am suppose to do?

any advice welcome
 
i dont know anything about slimming world but that sounds like a very healthy and nutritious plan to me, so go for it!
