Short luteal phase

I think I am suffering from short luteal phase. I get a positive OPK about CD 18/19 and last month AF came around 8DPO and Im now 9DPO and have started spotting and cramping again so think AF is coming again.

Is there anything I can do to try to lengthen my luteal phase?

I'm not sure what you can do to lengthen it, but you can go to your gp about it

I had the same length luteal phase as you, was around 7 - 8 days and was starting to worry...but then got my bfp so hang in there...keep trying and don't lose hope good luck! xx
