Short Luteal Phase & B6 Help/Advice please

I'm not sure the other blood tests were, I know one was a full blood count but I think that is pretty standard.
I spoke to a family friend last night who is a retired doctor and he said that they used to recommend B6 but now say that it does not work/will not help. And he confirmed that yes if it is a thyroid problem it is easily fixed by medication, so thats some comfort.
I'm still going to use the B6 and also the stuff your sending me
so watch this space!
I've also been taking cough mixture stuff lately with Guaiphenesin as I have a cough/cold thats getting me down.
