Been struggling with gagging a lot more today, sometimes just seeing stuff, but was smell of a rather unfortunate bloke on the bus on the way home from work this evening. The lady sat next to me gave up her seat for him and I had to get off at the next stop and wait for another bus, trying not to heave and be polite the whole time, was horrific

Keep thinking I can still smell it.

Lol!!!! Oh dear :-/ haha very awkward. There's a lady in my office who's perfume is really bothering me - she sat next to me in a meeting on Monday and I had to spend the whole hour breathing through my mouth not my nose!
Gagged a bit dishing up the dogs dinner as well this eve.

Anyone got any cravings yet? I was addicted to dairylea last time but haven't really craved anything this time yet. Have kind of fancied particular foods at particular points but not had that i-need-that-now feeling!

Irn bru. Which I normally dont like. Went off coke reaaally early on but that was more a choice. Didnt get anything from it anymore. Recently Ive craved cold can of irn bru.

Im starting to get random notions but nothing Ive noticed myself wanting or needing repeatedly, maybe dairy milks but only the thin ones and not like repeatedly. And the bru. Thats been for 2w now..

Just food and ice cold dilutin. Having my dinner earlier etc as Im just starving for anything atm.

Had our early scan this evening - everything was fine and normal, heart and saw the heartbeat which was amazing. She dated me at 7+2 which was spot on.

Thank you ladies.

Was so nervous! Made worse by the fact I thought the appointment was at 4:30 but it was 5:30 haha, pregnancy brain.

Will sleep a bit better tonight!

Also saw the midwife today and got the bounty pack etc and pregnancy notes, lots of bedtime reading xx

I was so tempted to wait longer but off on holiday on Sat and just wanted the reassurance before we went.

It's my second scan, I had one at 7w3d. It's just another reassurance scan due to recurrent mc, my EPU are so lovely and supportive x

It's at 1.45pm then booking appointment at 4pm. Had tried to coordinate the two of them but told the receptionist my booking app was 2pm!!! Is it too early to blame baby brain lol the hospitals near a shopping outlet so if the scan is ok then I'll just go there for an hour or so until I need to go back xx

Definitely not too early to blame baby brain - this morning I poured boiling water from the kettle on my cornflakes instead of into my decaff coffee cup....
