scared about breast feeding

hi guys im 27 weeks with my 5th child i bottle fed all my children but i really want to breast feed with this one im so scared of not been able to do it i have nightmares about it it sounds stupid but if i cant do it i think i gonna feel rejected by my baby which is silly i know is this just my hormones going nuts or has anyone else been through this any tip would be great

Stressing over it is only going to make it worse hun.

Buy a book, research on the net you will pob find the hospital/birthing centre by you also does a class for later on in pregnancy - speak with your Midwife.

Don't pressure yourself.....it is worse than being pressured by others!

I totally agree. I plan on breastfeeding but i certainly wont beat myself up if im not able to for any reason.

I think just making the decision to try and breastfeed this time is very brave of you and obvs the best thing for your little one but not if it makes you feel awful.

I think its a good idea to go to a breastfeeding workshops which the NHS offers in most areas - ive got mine in a couple of weeks x
