I didnt find out. I put in the birth plan that I wanted OH to tell me the sex. The best moment was seconds after the birth when he told me. It was amazing (well, after he stopped gawping with his jaw hitting the floor

It was really really funny when I had Rosie - when she was delivered the m/w asked my partner if he wanted to look and tell me the sex and he looked and said 'errr, I can't tell.....' I think it was probably because her bits were all swollen with the hormones - apparently it's quite common!!! I think he was a bit embarrassed though, ha ha.
