Raspberry leaf tea capsules

Yeah I think they just taste like hot water with a raspberry tang to it haha - the teabags that is.
I had some capsules before and I think they have a horrible taste to them (I'm assuming its the capsules but I hate the taste of any tabs) so I can't see me using the capsule powder to make a cup of tea! X

Nah id up the cups! Im taking 2 cups a day and 2 tablets. duno if im drinking enough either tbh! xx
