Raspberry Leaf - Where? How much?

Currently trying anything and everything to get this LO out!

Where did people get their Raspberry leaf tea/capsules and how much do you take?

Is tea or capsules a better choice and was it successful?

appaerently tea works better. when i was 8 days over due my hubby started giving me two tea bags per cup!! only supposed to have 3 cups a day. and only after u r 36wks

You guys are right the tea is supposed to work better, just shame it tastes minging making the capsules easier to go! lol

I used to capsules right up til about now and i just add a teaspoon of honey to the tea to sweeten it making it earable!
