Hi girls,

Well I am home, They were much better (as I kind of guessed they would be) and tried to scan me. Although it was unsucessful and couldn't see anything, they are bringing me back Monday for another one. They did the normal checks and aren't entierly sure what's going on but hopefully Mondays scan will confirm more. They were happy to let me home to manage the pain by myself aslong as I agreed to go back if anything worsened/started being sick/get dizzy etc. They were going to give me morphine type injection but I asked if I could refuse it as I'm not happy taking such strong pain relief in pregnancy and the nurse agreed it was better that I didn't to be on the safe side if I was happy to be without it (was the gynae sho who prescribed it). I am taking co-codomol to manage the pain for now.

Got to go back to MK for bloods tomorrow and see if they have doubled so praying for good news then! If it's all gone up normally things will look a bit better.

Hi Sami,

Sounds like the exact symptoms I am having. I'm really worried too. I have had 2 scans and they can't see anything, but all my pregnancy symptoms are still there.

How are things with you now?

Anyway I'm going to post my full symptoms in a new thread.

I'm praying for good news for you hun. As its still early you wouldnt necessarily see anything on a scan yet and as for shoulder pain you'd only get that if your were ectopic and ruptured which usually wouldnt happen until at least 6 weeks anyway so so far you have a lot of positives. For the record, having had a previous ectopic I paniced this time when I had severe pains in my side and was in fact hospitalised as they were sure it was ectopic again - as you can see it wasnt so pain doesnt always mean ectopic hun. I'm praying those levels double and keep doubling
