Pregnancy Dreams?

Anyone else having really vivid dreams they are pregnant?

Twice in 3 days I've dreamt I was pregnant .
The first I did a test and it was the darkest line I've ever seen and in the second I was really heavily pregnant.

Hoping this is a good sign as currently 12dpo

I tend to have sex dreams around ovulation, have to say they are really good too
