Positive ovulation test 3 days before af

Please can someone shed some light! I had a miscarriage back in march and have been actively trying since, anyway I had down ovulation tests in my bathroom and randomly decided to do one a few hours ago which came up very strong positive! I then did another which read the same!! I'm baffled and secretly hoping I'm preg? What could this mean?

Hi hun ive read that an ov test can pick up hcg only way to know for sure is to test xx

I had a flashing smiley face for 8 days then af arrived the day after my 8th flashy... Never got a solid so I'm not sure if they pick a hormone up leading to af as normally we wouldn't do one once we have a positive and know how many dpo we are.... I never had a positive so that's why I was testing. Hope you find the answer tho fx xxx
