Pain in top of bump..

I am almost 31 weeks pregnant and i keep getting a sharp/stabbing/burning pain in a small area in the top of my bump when i sneeze, cough, laugh etc. Has anyone else experienced this? It seems to be getting more painful and almost reduces me to tears altho it only lasts a few seconds. it is quite worrying now. It is only slightly tender to the touch...
