Stabbing Pain

For the past couple of days I have been experiencing a sharp stabbing pain at the top of my bump not sure what this is feels like someone is in the inside stabbing me with a needle.Anyone else experienced this? Also I keep getting alot of pain and pressure in my vagina which makes me think i need the toilet but when i go i dont need. Any know what this is ?

Sorry can't help, maybe just kicks? Have had stabbing pains down 'below' but never at top of bump, sure soemone else will be more enlightening...

I've started to get both of these things lately - all I can think is that the pain at the top is muscles pulling as I get up and move etc.. and the pain inside is the uterus pulling and stretching inside?
