****** October 2018 Mummies! ******

Oh Hannah Im so sorry :(
I wish you all the Best in the future <3

The MIL has been visiting for three days, Im soooooo worn out! Also we told her yesterday as the oh wanted his mum to know which is fine by me
But she just didn't stop shouting it out when we was out shopping.
Cornwall is a very small county. It was well fucking me off!
Grrrr
ALSO his sister is TCC it took them 2 years to Conceive their first, and all his mum was going on about to her was how i got pregnant when we slipped up once, She was getting so upset! :(
Thats not even the reality, The reality is we tried for 2 years and lost 6 babies to get this one.
I felt so sorry for her :(
I kept correcting her but she was fucking relentless!

Also we had some sexy time today, Because I Couldn't wait any longer,
Just been to the loo and there was a MASSIVE dollop of EWCM
The kind of amount that anyone TCC jealous!
Is that normal for 8 weeks?
Im worried Ive dislodged something.

Hannah I’m so sorry, I hope you’re okay. Lots of love and wishing you the best of luck for next time xxxxxxxx

It’s probably just a little bit of your plug Lulla. It’s normal to lose some every now and again over the pregnancy. Your body constantly replaces it and keeps it nice and strong. :)

Sorry your mother in law was so frustrating. I’d definitely feel the same as you. There’s a colleague at work who keeps asking me as I’m starting to show and I’ve already told her if I wanted to say I would have. She’s been spreading it too. I’m really not impressed with her.

Im so sorry Hannah. I hope you’re ok.

I’m 10 weeks and 2 days and for the past 48 hours I feel like I’ve spent most of my time needing a wee especially at night. My anxiety has gone through the roof, I think it’s due to being so close and yet so far from my scan and I am terrified something will be wrong even though there isn’t really reason for me to feel this way. I still have nausea, sore boobs and could easily go to bed at 6pm most nights. Also, we told one of my OH’s close friends today and she immediately started telling me about horror stories of other people she knows. It hasn’t helped

Today marks a month since my bfp. Has been the longest month of my life by far. Scan is in two weeks on Tuesday, and honestly don't know how I'm going to cope with the wait! :( Sorry for the moan, think it's just Sunday night blues compounded by nausea and tiredness.

I’m feeling pretty worried today. My symptoms have really let up this weekend (aside to my sore boobs) and I’m feeling really normal and ‘not pregnant’. 8+5 today and still another 2.5 weeks until my scan. I’m going to be miss worry wart for the next couple of weeks :(

I wrote a post on this the other day. Ialsohad this at 8and 4 and convinced myself all was lost. Went to scan and saw baby!! A few days later symptoms were back with a vengeance. Then at 10w they have gone again (only feeling slightly pregnant during the night) and I'm back to worrying x

:hugs: kj1 after being so sick all weekend i feel on top of the world today! aside from very sore boobs!

try not to worry, some women get no sickness at all or symptoms! i know its hard !

im dreading my scan sunday as i am convinced its all gone wrong but i need to have a PMA!

Thanks for your words of support guys :hugs: it’s so nice to talk with people that are going through the same experience as you and understand your moments of panic.

I spoke too soon - at work with a bin between my legs feeling like I’m about to vom up last weeks dinner! This symptom rollercoaster is crazy - I don’t think I’m going to stop worrying until baby is out!!!

i was speaking to my friend who has 2 teenage boys and she said the worry doesnt stop even when they are here HA!

i think tri 2 will chill us all out a bit to be fair, i am an avid crocheter and i am DYING to make baby lots of lovely cardis etc but i just darent yet! dammit! Once i curb my fear i will be making booties/cardis and hats like a madwoman!

Crochet is way easier. I can knit too but I find it a pain

Hi, im currently due october 17th and really new to this forum, id love to join this group not that i know how ha :S

 hi lotty :-)

welcome and congrats, whats your due date and you can be added to the front page :yay:

Congratulations and welcome Lottie. :)

My symptoms have been really mild recently but I’ve been getting lots and lots of major stretching sensations almost constantly today. I feel like I did 1000 sit ups yesterday evening and have pulled all my muscles. It’s reassuring though with the other symptoms being so mild. Less than a week until my 12 week scan.

Ah CornishGirl this is how I have felt since I found out with my stomach, if I try and stretch it feels too tight to do so, or if I bend down etc. Exactly like I have done sit ups and unless you count me leaning forward to grab more food I haven’t done anything of the sort!
I am also getting sore upper thighs at the front which I read is a sign of the uterus starting to press on some nerves, I already suffer with sciatica and get bursitis on my left hip so I am worried about the prospect of SPD/ hip and back issues.

still haven't been given a date for my scan so I've decided to book one privately for peace of mind tomorrow. i'm 9 weeks 5 days and my symptoms have all but disappeared my breasts are still a tiny bit sensitive but other than that sickness has disappeared i just feel like yes i'm happy i'm not feeling sick but is this normal kind of thing. just feeling a little worried today. i work with a midwife and she keeps telling me its probably the placenta just beginning to take over but still hasn't really stopped fears i just don't know what to expect this is my first. anybody else feeling like this or just me?

I've been feeling the same the wholeeeee weekend Lottielalo - was worried that all my symptoms had disappeared - then randomly today been feeling the most nauseated I have yet! I feel like we all panic ourselves much more than is necessary, although that's to be expected with the first as we have nothing to compare to x

Congrats Lottie, welcome to October Mums!

I can’t move from the sofa and I can’t eat anything today I feel absolutely awful. How have I only just got here at 8+5??? Haha!
