.. October 2016 Mummies - First Trimester ..

Good luck, how did it go?

Yes its normal to get pains with a water infection, ive got one at the minute and bled with it too. Xx

Doctor couldn't detect water infection but I had drank tons so I've got to take FMU in the morning just to be sure.

Would have preferred that it was as now I'm worried why I had such painful cramping when weeing and when I need one.

Welcome to the girls that have just joined us and happy birthday Claire!

Update with me. So I went to the EPU on Tuesday re the blood. As I was only 5w2d it was too early for a scan. They did my bloods which were 90 for progesterone which they said is really good. My bhcg was 723 which they said was a little low (but what they really meant by that was that it's too low to detect anything on a scan as needs to be minimum of 1500 for that) I checked a website when I got home and it's well within the normal range for 5weeks. I had to go back today for another blood test to see if its increased. Just got the results and it's now 1,317 so it's gone up 82% in 2 days. She said over 45% increase is good. So I'm really relieved! They want me to go for a scan in about 2 weeks time. I have my fertility clinic one in 10 days, so looks like I'll be getting 2!

And to make me feel even better I have had my first real day of nausea today. Yay lol xx

Hi girls

Scan went fab, measurin a day ahead so bang on from implant date.

Baby was wriggling and waving. Seen heartbeat strong and clear.

Got my pics on a disk and printed them so got them a good size. 7 by 5.

Side view, front view on its side and side view again.

We are buzzing.

Glad you've had some reassurance and some sickness too!! Hope you scan comes round quickly for you too so you can see your little one yourself! Xx

Ahhh. I've just had a letter for jury service! I want to do it but it's the week I should have a midwife appointment and what if I need a wee all the time. Will they need to stop proceedings every 45 minutes so I can go to the toilet? I'm now fretting over it.
