i got the flu jab done when I went to my gp and told him I was pregnant and I think u get the whooping injection when ur 28weeks preg and your mw should sort it out nearer the time X

I had my flu jab with work a few month back too.

Whooping cough jab I got last pregnancy, later on in the pregnancy I think.

Had no adverse reactions. Some dont like to get it. Each to their own.

Well my lack of appetite has truly hit slowly been eating less and less.
And today managed a spring roll&2 mouthfuls of sweet n sour chicken.
Im grateful im not throwing up or feeling sick constantly.
But i get hungry feel sick because im hungry and then can only manage a couple of mouthfuls of something is still a pain.

Hi everyone.

App went well and baby looks fine, was lying on his/her belly at first then did a somersault for us and lots of waves and kicks. Been brought forward a few days now bang on 13 weeks!

So relieved and can now concentrate on getting rid of this horrible UTI so I can enjoy tri two!!

I work in a hospital so I got my flu jab at work at the beginning of the season also.

Still feeling a bit sick and I think my belly is not as bloated as before is this normal??

Normally I eat prawn cocktail crisps but my new favourite is salt n vinegar !

Sorry haven't posted since last week, been having terrible headaches Have my dating scan on Monday so that's something to look forward to.... Does anyone know if they change your EDD based on this scan, no matter how many days it might be out? With my last pregnancies they haven't changed my EDD as they said they'd only change it if it were a week or more out?

I was under the impression that the first scan is your dating scan and this is what they go on. Mine EDD changed by one day following my scan.

Danielle my scan is on monday too! I was under the impression they change it at the dating scan even if it is a day or two. It later on on pregnancy determines then when you are induced. If you need to be.

I live in Scotland, we don't change the EDD unless there was a problem getting the measurements at the dating scan.

The reason its usually taken from the dating scan is because after that all babies grow and measure at different sizes.

Jackson was measuring at 37w when I was 41w - so thank goodness I wasnt put back 4w as he came out 2w late and was 7lb 3oz.

Could vary from board to board, but theyv even taken the "measurement" off of the top of the scan at our hospital. They need to manually put in the measurements to get a due date.

Should have did - we had a proposed DD in my blue notes, which is dated from my LMP then I have agreed DD which was filled in by the scanning technician at the appointment.

Id check with MW - as I assumed the whole point of a dating scan was to obtain an accurate due DATE! Hence the name

Just checked my notes and my new EDD is there as 11/10/16 so they did do it but just didn't tell me, or I wasn't paying attention!

I totally forgot to mention that I had been put back 3 days! So my new due date is 7th October not 4th (if you could change that in the 2nd trimester thread please Claire)

However, when I asked her she said that I still go by how many weeks pregnant I am as I said I was 100% sure of the day I ovulated, so I am still 14+1 but due at 40 weeks and 3 days technically? Found it strange but just went with it haha.

All you ladies seem to be getting moved forward! Is it common to be put back? Xx

Im not sure ive only heard of people being put back not forward so i wouldn't worry.

I have some great news talked to landlord and now hes dropped rent by £100 so i dont have to move house!! Sooo relieved. Gonna pack and organise stuff. Esp which will now be babies room! Anyway. Hope alls having a good day.

I was put back 6 days before despite knowing when I ovd and regular AF. I then went 14 days over, will never know if it was related.
