My scan is on thursday eeekkkk

Im pretty nervous this time!
Ive got period pain feels this morning, does snyone else xx

I have crampy pains that kinda feel like period pains did. I've put it down to my insides getting stretched though! I saw my baby on Friday afternoon and there was a lot of squirming around going on in there!

Hey ladies.. Scan tomorrow at 9am! Shi**ing myself though! Probably all nerves & excitement coming at once! OH is taking me out for a Nando's as well after scan so that's also definitely something to look forward too! Is anyone else due a scan in the next couple of days? xxx

I've been suffering sharp pains/cramps really low down on left side, they kinda make me double over a bit but only last a second or two each time. No bleeding so just hoping its normal stuff but just more painful and sharp than I've been used to. Trying to relax in the bath. My scan on Tuesday can't come quick enough!

Hi Hun it could be all the muscles stretching, I had it up my left side and along the bottom but would come and go, but if it's continuous and your worried call your midwife xx

Me too! It can't come quick enough. I'm actually quite excited. Even though it's just formalities, it will feel like the ball has finally started rolling xxx

Thanks Hun, the pains got worse and had been on and off for about 4 hours when I felt the need to go to the loo and as I pooped the pain was really bad but then nothing since so I'm guessing it was connected?! Weird because I didn't think you could get wind on the front so low down, it was just on the inside of my pelvic bone but low down.

Just glad it's eased off. I do think I'm doing too much so probably doesn't help, just hope once I'm bigger it'll remind my OH to help out a little more!!

Got some great scan pictures. due date has been changed to the 13th October now which makes me 12wks4days, where as before I was due 16th October and 12wks1day so of course has been pushed forward 3 days yaaaay! Will be in my 2nd tri on Thursday! Aaaaah. Exciting times! xx

Glad your scan went well! I'm guessing boy.

It went well, it will hopefully be my only consultation. I may need a growth scan at 36 weeks but I might not, it all depends. They made me feel very welcome; it was lovely!

Is it just me or is anyone else very emotional these days too? I start welling up at everything! Its so strange
