Back from our scan.... all is good, perfect in fact! ❤️❤️ Sac has grown and we have a teeny embryo and saw a heartbeat!!!

Dated as 6+3.. I had calculated 6+4 so close enough... phew! I cannot tell you the relief. So this time last week at first scan it was simply too early...

I had my scan today too and everything is perfect
6weeks exactly and saw the little but strong heartbeat x
I’m going to pay for a private scan at 8-9 weeks I think, 6 weeks is too long to wait lol x

I think we are going to do the same re: scan between 8-10 wks... there is no way I can wait 6 weeks... I called to make a booking in apt with the midwife and she said they don't meet me til I'm 8-10 weeks !!!!

ooh 10 weeks for midwife is quite late? I’m booked in on 4th April so I’ll be 7+5 then. X

My midwife appointment is 3rd April. I should be around 8+4. Ours said week 8-10 was normal for a first appointment.

I know what you mean - I think mine is trapped wind... lol..

I did read that your metabolism slows right down, as your body holds on to EVERY single nutrient in your food...

I think on average, it arrives 1-2 weeks after your booking in appointment. So usually 9-10 weeks, giving you 2-3 weeks notice. Some areas differ though xx

Mine has been booked for 13.5 weeks, I think because the intake midwife said I was 4 weeks, when I was nearly 6. Really annoyed.
