November 2018 Testing Thread

 Girls I think the grapefruit juice is working!!!!! A lot of CM then normal (tmi sorry) :yay:

woohooo Crumble :)
I don't think it worked for me tbh. But i was only drinking half a glass a day because i absolutely hate it. x

I'm not sure the grapefruit is working for me either as haven't noticed any more CM than normal but I'm actually getting to quite enjoy the taste! How much are you drinking per day Crumble?

I have a really good fertility smoothie recipe if anyone wants it? It’s tasty too :) x

Yes please Charl! I love a smoothie, especially for my breakfast! X

This is this one I make for breakfast and apparently has everything in it that you need to help fertility. It does taste yummy. Let me know if you like it:

1 ripe banana
1 tbsp fresh or frozen blackberries
1 tbsp fresh or frozen blueberries
1 tbsp fresh or frozen strawberries
1 heaped tsp coconut butter or oil
1 small handful of pumpkin seeds
1 handful baby spinach leaves
125ml coconut water or filtered water to blend
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

I use the coconut water and also put the vanilla extract in xx

Thank you I’ll give it a go! I quite often make smoothies with most of those stuff in anyway but not coconut butter... xx

I use coconut oil instead of butter :) x

I am drinking one glass of it every morning, around 200ml xx

I will give this a go too and today a doctor on YouTube on Chanel Mum (I follow this channel, it is great!) suggested exactly the same smoothie and with coconut butter or oil

Crumble I did actually get this off a YouTube channel so it might have been the same one. I blend mine for quiet a while as I like it really smooth and not thick xx

Did the YouTube channel say why it is good for fertility? I’m curious haha

When we first started TTC I was fully in the mindset that this could take a while but after getting pregnancy on cycle 2 I was amazed and so happy. Sadly I had a MC and then another MC cycle 3. These things are here to test us but I’m sure our time will come soon and it’ll be perfect when it does - don’t lose hope :dust:

This is exactly what happened to me, conceived first try but first one wasn’t sticky, second one no baby developed :-( I should actually have a one month old by now, and my 2nd due date is coming up in December, there is hope though I currently have a very sticky actual baby due in April :) it’s a great sign that you are getting pregnant quickly enough, the odds are massively in your favour that you will get your sticky baby soon xx
