NO ss NO early testing let's kick Ttc where it hurts !!

That detox sounds extreme, don't let yourselves get ill from it, if you're feeling weak then that can't be a good thing. I have been on a healthy eating diet lately and lost about 8-9lbs in 2 weeks, I am still eating 3 meals a day with snacks but very different meals to what I would of had before and even with this I have felt a bit tired and had a headache, hate to think what I would be like if I eliminated all the food groups.

I am CD 9, first BD of the cycle last night, I think I have had some ewcm, ov is usually 4-5 days after the first time I notice ewcm so will start opks today xx
 
Emma I'm feeling the same and I'm a day behind lol I'm achy! Need to just get going into town out the way then I can have soup for lunch and that will give me energy to power through the housework etc haha. Luckily Wednesday is eat what you want but healthy day as got my presentation to do on thursday! Ahh 6 days and no more worrying about doing uni work :)
Oooh what kind of things have you been eating lisey? When I'm finished the detox I'm gonna keep not having chocolate or fatty foods lol

I have reduced carbs a lot, I used to have carbs with every meal, especially dinner, now I have no carbs or only good carbs (small portion sweet potato, brown rice etc) with dinner. I try to make sure my meals have protein and fibre in them. My friend is into fitness and healthy eating and looks amazing, she said to think of carb intake like a pyramid, have the most in the morning, less for lunch and then even smaller amount with dinner, she did say to eat every 3-4 hours but I would struggle to eat that often, I have small packets of fruit and nuts to snack on too. For breakfast I eat muesli or oatibix with banana and blueberries, lunch I tend to have scrambled egg on one slice of wholemeal toast or peanut butter on wholemeal toast and a banana. Dinner varies but lean meats with veg or salad xx
 
That opk is still negative hun, but looks like it's heading in the right direction.

Using opks is helping my poas addiction tenfols!! Haha! Haven't even stocked up on pregnancies tests this cycle and think I'll avoid it completely unless I'm pretty certain this time! Here's hoping! Xxx

Omg ladies. ... I'm pregnant. ... got my bfp this morning. .. really strong cross on a clear blue test. Am in shock. ... First month TTC for hubba no.2. Aaagghh. ..... scared and excited.

I can't shake the feeling about the bleeding being ov bleeding lol but don't know if I'm just making stuff up in my head so that I don't have to start a whole new cycle haha! My boobs still hurt and feeling pms ish although its probably the detox now lol!!

How long did it last for? I used to have mid cycle bleeding about day 10 it just lasted a day but it wasn't AF

Tomorrow I'm allowed soup too as long as it's water based so bought some heinz chicken and veg soup yummy! !!!! :p xxxx

I have zero willpower and love my food way too much!!

I dunno cause then ive had midcycle spotting before and thats been brown and just like 3 days. Then ive had early afs a lot and they have been red for 5 or 6 days.
This was red for 3 days and basically gone today. Was spotting on tuesday but went on pad wed and yesterday. Oooh why is it soo confusing lol! So thats 3 days it was but seemed too red for ov bleeding. Xx
 
Emily, carbs are my fave too, that's my problem as all my meals were carb heavy, I think my body has been a bit shocked by the change though as have felt tired.
Huge congrats Milly, fab news that its happened first month for you :) xx
