News post for Labour signs for 37 weeks +++ ladies

im jumping on the feeling sorry for myself wagon.
i cried last night because i read the induction leaflet...even though nothing was a surprise, i also cried because i constantly clean (even though its me being a clean freak) and last night i had a right paddy because i was putting laundry in the washing machine and i spily some softener on the floor.

poor richard keeps getting it too, i went mad at him this morning for "poking me in the face" when he was stroking my head

im an evil lady at the moment

I had a failed sweep on a mon morning. My labour with Ty started at 8pm wed....went in 9.30 and was 1cm. They kept me in as pains were coming thick and fast.

Hind waters went 7.30 am. Still had not dialiated much.

Was in a lot of pain being back to back. Every pain makes you have to jump up. By the time I asked for an epidural it was about 4.30. They checked me and I was 6cm. They decided they would give me the drip and an epidural (though would may have counteracted the other)

Because of labour pains in back, I could not sit still to have drip.

Then I thought I needed a poo and ran to thte toilet :rotfl:

MW coaxed me off the toilet. Front waters went and i thought i was weeing myself.

They checked and I was fully dialated and pushed him out in about 10-15 mins I think....Stood up, leaning on bed pumped up to my chest.

Just thought I would share this, as my story was very similar to yours Becky. I am a wus, but got through it. I am sure that even if bubs is still back to back monday, you will get through it fine

Good luck to the inducement trio

HOY BECKY I THOUGHT I WAS YOUR TEXT BUDDIE

OFF TO CRY QUITELY IN A CORNER REJECTED

   its ok

Well in Emmas text buddie :) so mabye is better

Fuffins, i dont know aobut Becky but your story certainly made me feel better!!
I've been getting myself down assuming that a back to back labour would automatically mean i'd end up needing an Epi (which i really dont want), its nice to hear it can be done without, thinking about it my mum did it with my brother without too but she doesnt count lol
