sarah have you called the delivery suite for advice? not everyone has loads of water so it could still be that your waters have gone, i would definately check for the sake of a phone call

tezzy i have a midwife appt 2moro and think i might ask for a sweep, did you ask or were you offered it? have you had one before?

i requested an early sweep because my inlaws are going on holiday next week and there will be nobody to look after our son if i go into labour as our nearest family after them live about 30min drive away.

im having a sweep 2moro, a checkup on wednesday and they will think about inducing me on friday if the sweep doesnt work.

i have my 40wk m/w appt 2moro morning, do u think if i ask her she will do 1 then or is it something you have to book?

to be honest they dont usually do them until you go a week or so over but theres no harm in asking!

no im not looking forward to the sweep either but going over, especially without anybody to have Rhys. is just not an option really.

well..had alot ov strong BH's all night, got up thins morning and little man looks to have dropped down some more
still having BH's aswell. Iv got my midwife app. at 3.15 this aft and hopefully she'll be able to do the sweep and try and get things going so i'll update you on how that goes later.

I didn't have to ask, and it was done dead on 40 weeks.

Went to a normal appt, and my MW offered

It does not hurt to ask or mention it

nothing for me over night, didnt have a very good nights sleep but that was due to checking my fone for updates from sarah (geordie lass) and my constant weeing

off to midwife appt later this morning so will update you all then

Aaarrgghhh 4 days overdue now
Not much to report after a trip to labour ward on sunday all is pretty
quiet. I have a very sore pelvis though and alot more pressure low
down so maybe Sam is engaging at last. I dreamt all night of my
waters breaking in various scenarios!!

well last nite had loads of pains regular ones then eased off had major back ache with these pains and all nite still got it now still got slight pains too so maybe a long walk and some squats for me 2day
