Hi all my names Ashley I'm new to the forum....been TTC for 3 months am hoping to conceive soon due to health reasons...

Was wondering what others are doing to up they're chances of conception.

Suffered a MC back in may, and sister suffered a MC this week which brought it all back so i want to make sure I'm doing everything I can to prevent a MC if I conceive again. X

Ovulation tests (opks)
Temping
Sperm friendly lubricant
legs / bum in the air after sex

Hi vicky doing all of the list other than the lubricant so will try that as well.

Welcome. I suffered a mc in May too so we are in the same boat. I too have a time limit on conceiving due to medical reasons so fx for you and your sister. xxx
