omg its official I'm ancient - I'm old enough to be mum to some (read most!) of you - but I genuinely don't feel old - not like when my mum was my age . Anyway I'll just sit here quietly in the corner in my rocking chair and put a blanket round my legs and do some knitting - you get on with your talk of bding and cvm and all that stuff that I'm way too old to understand I'll be fine!

I am Lisa, I am 38 and have no children. My gorgeous hubby Stuey is 40 and has 1 son who is 11yrs.
We have been together 5 yrs, married for just over 2yrs and TTC for 3.5 yrs........
Its so nice to meet people supportive and in the same boat!!!
Most of our friends say "dont obsess it will happen" or "stop trying so hard" grrrr they have had their babies I would just like 1 ( 2 would be even better )
We m/c in march this year.

Hello I'm Gabriella, 35 (there are days I feel more 95, though ), married to DH who's 33 since June 2007. We've been together since June 2004. We started TTC just after we got married and fell pregnant 2 months after getting married. Unfortunately, we lost our little one (a boy) at nearly 19 weeks shortly after Christmas 2007. We waited two cycles to TTC again, but have had no luck getting pregnant. The old hag shows up every month I've just written a post about the visit to my GP. Now we wait.

BTW Di - I woke up from my nap singing 'getting to knooooooow yoooou, getting to know aaaaalll abooooooout yooooooou'

We have a beautiful daughter Jessica who is 3 in february (I honestly don't know where the time has gone)

I'm Emma, was 29 last week and been married to Gary, who's 32, since April 2005.

We started TTC our first in May last year (when I was soooo naive and knew nothing about CM, CP, OPK's etc ). Then I discovered PF and became addicted, not only to POAS, but also to all the lovely ladies on here who give such great advice and never fail to make me laugh!

Have unfortunately had 2 m/c along the way & stupidly irregular cycles, but we're determined that one day we'll have a baby in our arms - and all the heartache will have been worth it!

Hey, I'm Kelly, I'm 30 and been ttc number 1 since April.
I wanted to be pregnant by the time I was 30, and although I got my bfp in September, I had miscarried by the time I was 30 in October, which is pretty crap!
My OH is 30 and we've been together 13 years. We're engaged but not set a date for the big day yet!
I really hope I get a sticky before the end of the year, but since it's only 2 months away and I think I have low progesterone levels then I think I'll be here for a while yet.

My 1st child was 2 on the 30th October, the pregnancy wasn't planned but now I want the pleasure of extending my family and actually planning it out. I live with my partner who i'm engaged to (we have set a date for 18th September 2008 ) We have been together 4 years this month and he's a brill Dad to Aaliyah who's all Daddy Daddy Daddy I don't get a look in lol...is it true girls are all for their Dad's? Seems to be my case.
I have been TTC since August this year and havn't had much with my cycles i'm sure they will even out though.

I joined this forum in 2006 when I was pregnant with my daughter and have been here pretty much since

(used to go on another which I wont name but it was all USA and hardly anyone from UK so I felt a little out of place, and they were so bitchy and the ammount of locked threads was unbelievable! Then I found this website that fell from heaven LOL)...OK now i'm just rambling so i'll shut up and give someone else a turn.

Im Chloe, I will be 29 at the end of this month and im addicted to searching for ttc tips on the internet and thought the best thing to do was to join a forum where there are others going through the same thing as i am. My other half is 34 and he already has 3 children aged 17, 13, 8.
We are going away for my birthday at the end of the month and it just happens to coincide with what i think is my ovulation period so Im hoping that the romantic setting and a lot of luck that we come home with more than dirty washing.

I cant wait to get to know you all and Lots and lots of babydust to you all.xo

hi i'm puds

i'm 24 - 25 on valentines day!!! and have been married to my gorgeous husband (also 24) for 3 1/2 years. we have been together 7 yrs now and decided last xmas that we would begin ttc this summer.
had been on dianette for 2yrs and microgynon for 8 so 10yrs altogether. took last pill in june, had a withdrawal bleed then nothing for 102 long days. i became obsessed with searching on the net and convinced myself i was infertile after reading horror stories about dianette. i went to see a reflexologist that specialise in regulating the menstrual cycle as a last resort and exactly 14 days later af turned up- so i guess it worked for me!!
then next cycle i bought a bbt and lots of opks 40!!) and started charting. i o'd on day 28 and bd'd day before, 2 x on the day and day after so fingers crossed!!! i'll be amazed if its first time lucky!!
i am on 8dpo but only signs include insomnia, aching but not sore to touch bbs, and lots of discharge since 6dpo but you never know!!!
